Made to your drawing by vetted U.S. shops and Nadcap processors, managed by us from RFQ to first article. Non controlled drawings today; controlled drawings once DDTC registration is complete.
Raw material, cut to size
Aluminum, stainless, titanium and engineering plastics with mill certs, cut to your blank size.
Cut to your blank size with mill certs passed through unaltered. For tooling, GSE and prototypes; flight material only from your approved source list.
Tooling, metrology and calibration
Cutting tools, calibrated torque tools, gauges and calibration through an accredited partner lab.
Quoted to your machines, materials and cycle times. Second sources qualified on request.
Electrical and connectors
Commercial connectors, wire, thermocouple and test leads from authorized distribution.
Commercial connectors, wire and test hardware from authorized distribution. Flight connectors open with AS9120.
Ground power and facility electrical
Transformers, switchgear, UPS, generators and battery storage for test sites and new factories, the long lead gear that slips schedules.
For test sites, new factories and expansions. Sourced, expedited and documented by an operator with utility scale energy procurement behind him.
Handling, lifting and shipping
Proof tested slings and shackles, lifting fixtures to print, dollies, crates and reusable containers.
Lifting gear with proof load certs, fixtures made to print, and containers for moving flight hardware safely.
